Newbie looking to buy a 270

I am currently in negotiations to purchase a 1999 Sundancer 270. I would appreciate any advice on this particular model. Any red flags I should be aware of on this boat. Thanks again everybody.:smt024

I just bought one so far I really like it. Bravo III 454 has plenty of power I wish I had a generator though.

We had a 1999 270 for 8 years and put about 700 hours on the 454 B-111 drive. We loved the boat and did not have any trouble with the boat or systems. We bought it new did preventative maintenace and kept it stored inside on a trailer. It has about a 175-mile range at 29 MPH. I have friends with the twin engine 270s. I prefer the single 454. More space in the engine room and less upkeep on two engines and drives.

bought a 2000 last year. Great boat - you'll love the extra beam. As for power, its not the fastest out of the gate, especially if you have 4 adults and a few kids onboard, but it is sufficient.
