Hello Everyone,
We hopefully will have a 450 Sundancer in a few weeks! Having the survey done this weekend. Looking forward to boating on the Gulf and meeting some new friends!

Keep us posted. It's an exciting time when your at this stage, well, for me its an exciting time at any stage.

Good luck with the survey.

Good luck with the purchase. I head down to the Sarasoat YC a couple times a year. Love it down there. Maybe we'll see you this summer.

Welcome to CSR!

Welcome to CSR and best of luck with your new boat purchase! You are in our neck of the woods and we love it here. The SouthEast region are organizing a trip to Caladesi Island, perhaps in July which you may wish to consider, I hear it's a great place:) Are you a member of any of the local Yacht Clubs?

Brenda

Thanks Brenda. I will keep an eye out for it. No, we don't belong to any clubs yet.

How did the survey go? Well I hope. Our CSR Caladesi Island week-end is beginning to take shape (see SouthEast category) would be nice if you can make it too with your new "baby". The date is the week-end of July 12th-14th. Keep us posted on your new boat progress:)

Survey went Great! Thanks for asking. The boat looks great and has been stored high and dry since it was new. Just a few minor things that are getting fixed this week. Should close in a couple of weeks.
I will try to post a pic.

Wow she looks good! Bet you can't wait. You did well to find one that's been stored H&D of that size. We have a Rackominium for sale in Sarasota (our boat's too big for it) and the max. load their fork-lift takes is about 16,000 lbs. Have you got a name for her yet?

It was kept at Legendary Marine in Destin. What a cool place. It can store up to 50' and it cost less than most wet slips in this area.
the place is huge. I wish Sarasota had a place like that.

The name is going to be "Plans & Specs". ( I'm a contractor)

I wish we had a place like that in Sarasota too and you're right about the prices here..............way expensive! Like the name you picked, we nearly called ours "Earresponsible" as in the Audiology biz but settled for the name of the last boat plus II. Don't forget the naming ceremony when you get her, but 'spec you know all about that. Good luck!

May I suggest "Change Order" as an alternate name?

LOL, that's funny I remember them very well when we built our home. One of the best names I saw locally was on a really big sedan bridge which belonged to a fellow that owned a business that black-topped the roads here, it was called: "Paving Paradise".
