OMC 235 hp Ford 351 w/ Stringer Drive
Hi, I am new to this site, and just picked up my classic 77 SR 220 Cuddy last week. Powered with an OMC 235 hp Ford 351, that seems to be in real good shape. However the motor mounts are bad and the stringer looks rotten. Has anyone replaced the stringer before with the mid to later 70's? I am pretty green with fiberglass but have all the time in the world to practice!

I love the lines of the boat, and am pretty excited for the new project. Photos to come shortly!

help please!

There is a lot in great info on here but you need to be patient. If you have questions please try to make them as specific as possible to ge the best answers.

Good Luck with your project! And welcome aboard!
