So I had a 220 given to me blown 302 and needs wood floor replaced but my question is where can I buy motor parts I've got a fresh built 302 from my old race truck to put in but I need a source for parts

First off, that race motor as is no good for a boat, you must change the cam at the very least. A car cam don’t have enough torque to get it on plane.

as an auto mechanic do not use auto parts or blocks. here in canada some car quest parts shop carry marine approved parts. also you can order on line but get manufacturer part numbers to order from mercruiser and volvo parts manuals can be obtained on line. cheers

That motor was built as a torque monster type motor for a mud truck but plans changed the bottom end torque on it is amazing

Changes things, when you said race engine I thought you meant a high revving lopey cam race motor.
Naw it is high revving kinda 6000rpm didn't intend it to be race but the combo worked so good power right off idle all the way to 6000 rpm its a great motor

For parts I would start with a Jasper dealer, they are everywhere.
I work for Jasper and would recommend. Don’t buy auto. Different setup. 100$ gets an added year to warranty. 3 yr no hour limit. Also have outdrives. Need core

I built my own GM 5.7L Vortec from a truck block. Nothing really wrong with a truck long block as long as you "marinize" it. I went with new brass block "freeze" plugs, Xtreme Marine CAM, Double Roller Timing Chain, Roller Lifters, Roller Tip Rockers, and will be putting on Dry Joint Manifolds and a Closed Cooling System... But then, I went a bit more for the long term life of the engine and wanted the best fuel efficiency I could get (roller system).. All the hang-on's are marine certified (alternator, starter, carburetor, air cleaner (spark arrestor), etc)... This is pushing a 1976 Sea Ray 22ft with Hardtop..

Marine Head Gaskets also....

Additionally, what drive is in the boat.??.. Careful with high torque and horsepower... Mercruiser Alpha One good to 300hp max....
