Give me a fkn break, tax on regular sods, but not on diet sodas. I would guess there is more behind this then this BS.

I think we are going to see a lot of creative taxes as NY scrambles to try and bridge the deficit. The FAT tax? what the hell is that. Non-diet carbonated drinks will have a 15% tax. You want to completely kill a dying industry, stick a 15%-20% tax on boats right now.
