I just purchased a 02 270 Sundeck. I'm the third owner and she needs some TLC.

Previous owners were not quite the maintenance junkie I am and I need some reference material. It has a 6.2 in it but the cover says reman so I am guessing it was replaced at one time.

My previous boat was a Hurricane. So far I absolutely love the engineers at Sea Ray. Things seem to be easier to work on and have better access. The quality is much better as well. I have yet to run this boat as I am waiting on a fuel pump but I can not wait to get it out on the lake!

Im sure I will have lots of questions as I dig into this boat. Love the layout of it.

Congratulations on your new purchase!
In addition to the maintenance of your boat, I'd like to recommend that you also focus on the boat holding tank filters for fresh air on board. It's important to ensure that the air quality inside your boat is clean and fresh, especially when spending extended periods of time on the water.

One option you can consider is trying out our Big Orange filters. These filters are specifically designed to provide excellent air filtration for boat holding tanks.
