Just want to share I retired my old caribe 12 foot and buy a 10 AB UL ultalight with aluminium hull

What an upgrade this ding is so light at 95pound I put my 15 yami 2 stroke on it and I literally fly. No other combo 15HP Rib could follow me at full throttle I simply lost them all. The front is very very hight with 17 inch chamber and the ride is super dry even more than my old caribe. I like the aluminium hull so much as I not afraid of pulling it out in rock. Those AB aren't cheap I have to spend over 4k to get it without seen it as no one have those in Canada. I review it to share my experience as I did not find a lot on them last years when I buy it. if someone have any question I will be glad to help. The Rib is very stable feel solide, very wide and roomy compare to other 10 I see.

All in all im very hapy with my buy and will do over again

Great to hear. Congrats on the new Dink!. We have come to really enjoy our dinghy endeavor's with our boating friends.

Just cleaned up and splashed my Caribe yesterday. Perfect weather and made our last run back from another marina at about 11PM and it was still nice out! Love running that dink!

I bought a new 8'8" dingy at the Toronto Boat Show the year before last. It was manufactured by a company called Titan and has a full aluminum hull/transom with a double floor (flat) and the larger tubes and weighing under 100 lbs. The price was in the same ballpark as other inflatable floor dinghys and less than fiberglass RIB's. I've been quite happy with it. It sure corners like it's on rails and flies with a 9.8 Tohatsu!

It seems that Titan has gotten out of the small dinghy market though and have stuck to their "special ops" and "rescue" models for the professionals. Glad I got it when I did.
