Hello CSR members:
I am a bit tardy in introducing myself, so my apologies for that. I joined this forum in late December and have been a multiple-times-per-day visitor since. I recently purchased a ’04 320 Sundancer; I actually picked it near Fair Haven, NJ and moved it to my marina in Jersey City the Saturday prior to Sandy hitting. We were very fortunate that she rode it out in Liberty Landing and had no damage. My “other” boat which is for sale – a 2007 Chaparral 256SSI was on her trailer in Sea Bright at the broker’s location and only sustained very minor damage; a small cosmetic scratch near the transom. Apparently she floated with the trailer attached and moved just a bit but the entire unit was set back down when the water subsided. My heart goes out to those who were not so fortunate and I wish you each and all the very best in the recovery.
I also wanted to thank you forum members for providing great information and place where all CSR members feel welcome. I am glad to be a member and a proud Sea Ray owner!
