Just wanted to thank all from this site. You are the ones that made us try a Sea Ray.
My wife and I have just purchased a 1993 Sea Ray 300DA. We looked at several Sea Ray's and were sold on this one. She got a clean bill of health from her survey and sea trial.

I had a Crownline 225 cuddy, so this is a big jump for us. Hopefully our boat is getting delieverd this Friday,Can't wait. She is being shipped from the Chesapeake up to lake Raystown in PA.

I guess now we can change the lakes name to Sea Raystown.:smt001

Hope to learn more as we go. Again, this is a great site!

Thanks
Barry

Maybe we can have a Sea Ray Meet this summer Barry.....I'm in Williamsport. Another member here is at Raystown also, Mike.

Sounds good Mike, maybe we can meet. Our slip is at the resort.

Congratulations on the 300. Very nice boat.
And it's nice to see at least one good survey in the past week.

Congrats on you "new to U' Searay. You are on he best lake in PA IMO. Used to take our VIP Victory up there from Uniontown "back in the day" felt like a johnboat out on that lake. Lost our belt in a rain storm on that lake had to paddle back to shore. None of the big Crusiers going by would stop to help. Hope that part has changed.

Congratulations on the new boat! My wife and I had a 1986 300DA for 4 years, and loved it. Take care of her, and she'll take care of you (that applies to both the boat, and your wife....).

Again, congratulations!

Dale
