here is my project boat, 76 24ft sundancer
1992 gm marine crate motor 454
needs some work, been on it since march. completely disassembled, every worn part replaced. ungodly number of hours. a couple of times wanted to push it out to the street and put the for sale sign back on it. motor rebuilt, actually just rings and bearings, lapped the valves. didnt have many hrs on it since repower. motor in the boat and has been started. today it gets dropped in the water.

didn't get it to the water, the boat is parked on a slight hill. took 25 gallons of new gas to get it to the fuel pump, but did get a hose hooked up and ran it for about 60min. started and restarted, ran 180degrees, no leaks, pressure in the closed system. looks good for launch day...
