Good Day Eh!!!!
Glad to have found this club.....I sure could have used it this past 7 years.Thats how long I've had my "classic" 79 30' sedan bridge(with extended hardtop).
Like alot of you guys I've been pouring big bucks into her but have not regretted a penny.
I've pulled and rebuilt the Chrysler 440's along with the Velvet Drives......just installed AC/heat along with numerous other smaller projects.
I'm a retired Auto Repair Shop owner and this big boat "retirement project" has been a steep learning curve me.I'm getting to know this boat inside and out and there are a few more projects to do(do they ever end?!!) ...but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Looking forward to sharing information and tips with rest of you.
So long from the GREAT WHITE NORTH.
Scott:thumbsup:

Welcome aboard Scott. I'll let someone else say it...you'll see!
Anyways, where abouts in Canada are you?
And...lets see some pics!:smt038

Scott,

Welcome to CSR. You will want to update your signature with your boat information (year, model, motor, etc) as well as join the members map to the right of the screen. You will find a great group here that love talking boats. Again welcome to the club!!!

And There it is.....

My boat is at Lake Diefenbaker in southern Saskatchewan,Canada(just above Montana).I have a slip at the mairina in the town of Elbow.(Hey..I didn't pick these names)Its great lake...clear mountain fed water, sandy beaches, world class fishing and lots of coves and inlets for overnighting. The downside is its 30 below right now and my boat is in a snowbank.
Longing for summer...Scott
ps-I'll take some pics in the spring

Welcome to CSR, I would not like 30 below, we are in the 50's right now supposed to get to 68 before the day is over, compared to your weather its time to go to the beach.

Welcome aboard Scott.
I go boating all the time in your Great White North, but in BC.
It's the best.
