New engines?

Hi Gang,

Looking at a 2000 Searay Sundancer 340. The engines were replaced in 2010. They are Merc 7.4 's with 980 hours on them. Any reason to eliminate this boat because of that? Future value, etc. TIA

980 hours is not that bad... 100/year. That just means they have been reliable for a long time.

Do they have the updated water lift exhaust system? Certainly wouldn't eliminate that boat assuming it's well maintained and in good condition.
