Should this bill pass in any form out of th Senate, marine fuels will proably double into the $6-8 dollar range. Which won't stop the Uber Riche', but for mear mortals, it would create a long term "No Move" temperment on large boat owners.

So with so many Big Boats becoming "Dock Queens" there might be a opportunity for a land based business to move big boats to the land, and retrofit them to something like a trailer park, complete with large billboards with pictures of the open ocean placed all around to give that nautical feeling. :smt100
