This past winter, I purchased a '91 250 sundancer. It's been quite the learning experience getting everything up to snuff and ready for the season, but she is in the water and the family couldn't be happier to go out and enjoy. I've been lurking here since before pulling the trigger on my purchase, and I look forward to learning more from this site and hopefully someday contributing.

My son seems to really be enjoying himself as well!

Belated welcome. That's a good age to introduce them to boating, wouldn't want to wait much longer though.

The learning experience never ends. We've been around boats all our lives and still learn lots from the folks here. I'm surprised this site isn't promoted more by the Sea Ray dealers. Most of the time this site is more helpful than the dealers themselves.

All the best with your new ride. You guys are probably addicted already aren't ya's?

Edit; Oh yea, forgot to mention,,,,, need more pics !!!!

I had been bugging my wife for a couple years about getting a boat. I grew up on sailboats, and spent a good amount of time in my early 20's driving other people's boats. The little one is actually who sealed the deal for getting something. I told the wife I wanted my son to have the same enjoyment I did as a kid out on the water.

And my wife is definitely hooked now. All I had to do was let her drive and now she understands...
