Is it just me, or does the exterior of this boat resemble a Meridian?

We are going to the Merritt Island invitational this weekend. I'll be interested in seeing this up close.

The term "fugly" comes to mind, but then I'm an old fart who likes the more traditional lines of the earlier Sea Rays.

At first sight, it really looks like a Meridian bit a little more "sporty". Going to Merritt Island too to look at a possible upgrade for next year.
