Need your advice- PART 2

Brian thanks for the advice. You know exactly what I'm talking about when I say sand bars in the middle of the bay. Especially on the Watch Hill/Davis Park side. It amazes me how some of those big boats get right up to the beach. Not me!

Bam,

You got many good suggestions here by other members, the only thing I can add is that this is buyers market, you don't need to rush instead, take your time and find what you want 100%. While upgrading we ruled out 300s for 3 main resonds:
1. I/Os - boat will be in water (bruckish/salt) all season long.
2. Cockpit layout.
3. No Island v-berth.
The one you're looking for would be a pass also due to no genny.

I would also pass on this 320 with no genny, although everything else sounds pretty good.

You're about to purchase very nice and I'd say big boat. Alot will depend on how you plan on using it, but for us it's a summer house and should have all bells and wistles. When we spend the night on the hook I don't think about lack of DC power due to batteries running low, hot water or anything that requires 120v, like microwave or coffee maker or whatever. All I need is fuel and fresh water to provide full comfort to my crew.

So, once again this is not something you need to rush with. Take your time, don't be too lazy to travel and if need to deliver her from further away (btw, I got mine in FL).

Good luck in watever you decide,
Alex.
