Does anyone know of a good reasonably priced source for cast iron manifolds? This will be my second time replacing them as its now been a full 7 years in brackish water and Im likely on borrowed time. Luckily the risers are stainless, so don't need those.

Much appreciated!

Go OEM merc and get the kit that has the hoses, drains and sensors.

Are you saying this is the second time in 7 years to replace? My last set was replaced after 6 years and still looked ok.

You should also keep in mind the elbows can develop weld cracks even though they are stainless. Verify they are not dripping back.

Thanks guys:

Yeah, I agree OEM is the way to go and I will use the link you attached to buy them. I changed them out once 7 years ago after they were on year 8. It's a hard check to write again! Thanks!
I'm not condoning you do this, but mine made it 11 years of saltwater use , and there were no indications of leaks when I swapped them. The boat does have an integrated salt away system, but I'm not sure that was ever really used.

I plan on going 7-8 years on the new manifolds.

Thanks Jmauld, yes, I have heard of folks getting more but,,, I was talking to my mechanic who has specialized on Searays for years and he said normally the 8 year mark is all you get. We are in brackish water. Just better safe than sorry.
