Contact a local canvas shop, customize it to your needs. For just the aft canvas your looking at $2500.

If Great Lakes didn't supply Sea Ray with the canvas, maybe you can call Sea Ray and ask them who did.

did you try boatswains locker? they do factory replacement canvas for bigger SRs. http://www.boatswains-locker.com/index.htm
I've used them for previous boats and have quote in hand for the 480.
