Need quick performance numbers - 2006 Sundancer 390/400 with diesels

A good friend is picking this boat up next week. I will be joining him for the return trip. He's moving up from a trawler so this boat will be a little faster!

I need a quick idea of fuel burn and cruise speed for this boat with diesels. If it's fast enough, we can make a 2 day trip in one day (240nm.)

Should see about 1 mile per gallon if its calm, worse if its rough. Probably cruise at 26 - 27 MPH. Somewhere between 10 and 12 hour run depending on conditions.

I was guessing a 20kt cruise but would like to get closer numbers.

Any RPM range suggestions? It has the Cummings.

If I recall, these are my typical numbers 80% load, 18-20 knots, 25 gallons per hour.

Thank you. Similar to my 420AC but I get 17-18 kts at 24gph.
