Hi,
The PVC bar sink on the aft deck of my 2005 340DA has cracked. Does anybody know where to get an exact replacement?
Thanks

Why not go with a stainless steel one ??.
I'll bet you can find it at any bar supply store.
Boats are just like bar stuff its a oddball size. :smt001

I realize these are older posts but I am trying to replace my cockpit sink in my '05 340DA. Sink is cracked at the drain. Contacted Sea Ray today and they told me that Part No. 1689318 was no longer available and has been discontinued. Does anyone have any recommendations for replacement based on experience? I have looked at Ambassador, Scandvik and some retailers.

Just for the record, my sink was cracked at the drain. I was able to purchase a bar sink drain (and plug) from Lowe's for about $7.00 that was large enough to cover the original cracked area. The drain is now 1 1/2" vice the 1 1/4". I also rerouted the drain line around the back of the fridge vice under from the OEM to reduce the stress on the drain connection that was created by the hose routing. With the drain size a bit larger I had to purchase some additional piping (90 degree drain) due to rerouting and an adapter for reduction fitting to the hose. Used RTV to seal the sink drain to the sink. Since the drain hose routing now follows the fresh water line I tie-wrapped them together for stability (in case items were being stowed in the compartment). If anyone would like pictures of the end result I can provide. Lesson learned here is if you have a need to remove/replace the fridge you need to disconnect the drain line or you risk damaging the sink that is no longer available. I was able to save myself about $200 and several hours of work not having to replace the sink. Entire job with parts in hand was about $25.
