Need help with the toggle switch for the spot light

I have the chrome spot light, ray line, 5 inch. I checked the servo motors and they all work fine if I connect 12 volts to them. The light comes on from the switch but the light will not rotate using the toggle switch. The toggle switch is sealed but does have connectors (terminals) on the bottom with the wires going out to the light and motor.
Can someone refer me to how I can check those terminals to see if the toggle switch is functioneing properly?

Mine barely worked when I rescued her from neglect. My seal was dry rotted allowing dust to enter and sever the contact points. Used a key board air can to clean and wd 40 to lube. Works perfect now.

I always check switches with an Ohm meter to see if they are indeed making contact.

Since we don't know what year/model boat you have answering question is a bit tough. But going out on a limb here, did you check the fuses in the switch?

A spray can of electronics cleaner does wonders on those switches. Spray the heck out of the terminals and see if that does it.
