Need Carb Help

I just pulled my carb and it has 06082A-1 stamped on it. Im trying to find a replacement or rebuild kit but that number doesnt turn anything useful up. It came off a 94 Sea Ray 230 Sun Dancer 5.0L. Thanks.

edit: Only replacement I can find so far is 3310807764A1

The 3310807764A1 is coming up as a 2barrel Mercarb - is that what you have? This page shows it being used on 4.3V6 models. Any other numbers or symbols? Do you know if it is 2 or 4 barrel?

this is what I come up with for your boat. Note the column labelled "superceded from" is close to your original stamped carb #.

Thanks guys for all your help. It was a big PITA to figure out what would work seeing as my carb has been superseded about 4 times since '94. I ended up going with this one:

Couldnt have figured it out without your help.

On a side note, this carb looks much easier to adjust than in my Jeep days working on 4bbls.

In the diagram below, Im thinking #25 is fuel mixture and #27 is idle? Thats based off of looking at my current carb. Much easier to visualize than the breakdown.
