Purchased a boat from Florida in the past few months and shipped it to Lake Michigan.
Sea Ray, still equipped with a working Raymarine C120 and working Sea Ray Navigator.
I need the CF card for the C120 for Lake Michigan. It appears that US East or North would work, but nothing new to used out there.
Am I missing something? Is there a source that I missed or is there a CF to SD adapter out there that works?
Ideally, I would like to keep the Radar, autopilot and plotter in tact as they were minimally used and in great shape electronically and appearance wise.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My previous boat was a 2006 Silverton 39MY. I tried multiple times to update the C80 and add navionics. The main problem I ran into was that the max size that it would read was a 16MB. Yes, MEGA BYTE. I found one on eBay and it still didn't work. Apparently it is very finicky on what CF cards it would read. I ended up ordering a card from https://www.radarmarine.com/products/raymarine-software-update. Everything worked good for the update.

Give me a day or two - I might have an extra lake michigan card I can locate. I don't remember for sure whether I have a spare. If not, check ebay. People are always upgrading that generation of gear and are selling pieces off. I have a dock neighbor who is in this process right now, and if he is up this weekend I will ask whether he has a card as well.

I have purchased an update CG card and completed the update. I just got off of the phone with Navionics and they in fact no longer sell the CF’s. However, will sell a CF chart installer that you can use to download what you need to a current CF Card.
That looks like my best way to go.

That would work out great as well and much easier. I did try EBay Facebook and nothing there for Lake Michigan
I’ll wait to hear.
Thanks much

If you have a marine dealer near you that sells the Navionics cards, you may be able to take your card in there and have it reprogrammed to cover your area.

I did that 12 years ago when we bought our boat. It had Great Lakes chips in it and a company in Portland, OR (Rogers Marine) reprogrammed my chips for about the same cost as a new chip.

Found one this past week via a good friend that had one from his 44 that he owned years ago. He suddenly remembered that he had the chart.
All was good.
Did a 120 mile run yesterday and lost the gps fix to both the Navigator and the C120 at about halfway.
On the next thing to figure that out.

I have three CF cards... one is a CF16XG, one is 1G904XL3 and one is a "Hotmaps Platinum" CF/HMPT-E6.

I forget the areas they cover, but I think the 904 is just east coast and the atlantic. If you check the other two coverage areas and are interested in either, let me know.

I have a CF/2XG, 2GB card from Navionics. It's programmed for Canada and SE Alaska so you'd have to get it reprogrammed but the price is right. PM me your address and I'll mail it to you.

Thanks for the offer gents. As I said, a friend of mine came up with one he forgot about from boats past.
All good on that front now.
Much appreciated and regards,
Matt
