I have had nothing but bad experiences with the SRN. I have been through 3 refurbished units that have all failed. I had the Type II version. About a month ago I repaced my SRN with another C120 unit. What a joy.

Maptech is no longer supporting the navigator, there is another company that is, call Sea Ray Customer service and they will put you in touch with them.

I sent the unit off to Wytan marine in Golden Co and a repair cost of $1,270.00 plus shipping the Navigator is back in and working fine. It's the Navigators last chance before I change it out for a E120 and use the Navigator for a anchor for my rib.

I think their phone # is 1-800-Piece-of-Crap.
Sorry I can't be more helpful, but even their own company/support tired of trying to keep those things running and quit supporting them as was noted in a prior post. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration and change it out to a C or E series RM.
