navigational lights

my green nav light won't come on. i've replaced the bulb and its not a fuse does anyone have a suggestion? has anyone changed this before? my red one and my white light come on but not the green. everything looks clean inside the housing. not sure if i'm getting power or not. might need a suggestion on how to determine if i'm getting power. thanks for any help

First get a test light to start with then check the ground wire then trace the wires back to the source or run a new wire from the red light.

cheap voltmeter or test light will help a lot
