Nav charts for the Potomac River?

I have found that you can freely download the Electronic Navigation Charts (ENC's) from NOAA and view them on various free (and pay) viewers. They can be obtained at: http://www.nauticalcharts.noaa.gov/mcd/enc/download.htm

However, I recently made a trip to St. Clements Island and wanted to view that area in detail. Well, from the above link, it does not look like ENC's are available for anywhere upriver of Piney Point, MD.

Does anyone know where I could obtain online charts for this area? I have a big spiral bound waterproof book in the boat that shows this area, but its not in the detail I'd like to zoom in on...

After some more searching I found a different set of charts and software to view them. Haven't viewed them yet, but...
