The worst part is I or my wife or both of us are in these weddings not just guests. I'm going to start kissing people off who are about to get married and make up after they are.

I don't mind going to things as I have a revolving schedule and my wife works per diem so while everyone is at work, we can enjoy a Tuesday or Wednesday on the boat but when we actually have a free weekend, everything seems to take an entire day or people schedule things for the middle of the day. My sister is famous for scheduling things for 1pm and not actually being ready until 3. My wife and I go late to every family function now on purpose and we are never the last to arrive.
