Mystery Raw water leak

Purchased a wifi inspection camera and was driven around at various speed, including reverse. Did not see water running down the inside of the transom or thru the outdrive. After about 30 minutes of further inspections and enduring engine heat, the camera battery died, I then enjoy a couple of hours on the lake. The boat was hauled out and staged, immediately after the bellows were inspected for the cracks and water drainage, nothing, they were replaced Spring 2017. I removed and inspected each end of all water hoses, a couple more hoses were replaced due to evidence of the clamps pushing through. The marina service depart was well stocked, my wallet not so much. All outside transom screws were removed, surfaces scraped, holes and screws resealed with 3M 5200. The screws came out clean, no excessive spinning and drove back in the same. A bead of 3M 5200 was applied all around the outdrive. The transom was inspected using the Ball Peen hammer method, no sound differences was heard, and the hammer bounced back in all areas. No cracks or smiles were seen under or around the outdrive. Over this next week Rub Rail inspections, while the 5200 cures. I am hoping to get back in the water Saturday before Labor Day.

Any other inspection / test ideas would be very welcome
