My wife is on an over night on a new 43 dancer

It was a 44. I'm not that picky, 43 44 same boat as far as I am concerned. last info I had it has sold. I think it was in the panhandle area. I'm not shopping the info came from a friend who is in the market for one. Look on MM site they have 2 07 44 in the 300's but then I guess thats too good to be true huh?

Agree- maybe same size, but far different. However, the 44 is a great buy these days. You could almost buy a new 340 and a used 44 for the price of a 43.

No, an '07 44DA in the mid to high 300's isn't too good to be true, that's what they're selling for. An '07 44 though is not the same boat as an '09 43...very different boats with different technologies and very different price points. The 44 Sundancer is a great boat especially at that price.

I 've been on both and for a 300k savings there is not enough difference for me to pony up an extra 300k.

Back in July I spent a couple of hours on a 43 da. The 44 da is quite a bit bigger in the cabin when compared to the 43 da. The 44 has a salon that is about 2 feet longer than the 43da and the forward shower is 8 inches wider than in the 43 da. I think that a 40 foot boat is too small for a closed off mid-berth cabin. It really made the boat feel small.

I wouldn't disagree with that in the least. I'm not a particular fan of the 43DA. The 48, 55 and 60DA's are beautiful boats worth there price, the 43 is also a beauty but not worth the price, especially when compared against the model (44DA) it replaced. Of course the guys that did pony up for the '09 43 would disagree....
