Hey guys. I am working on a rock blues tune and just posted this up to youtube. It is basically me playing around with the bass and drum track. The finished tune will be more "refined". I rigged up my FlipHD camera the my Stratocaster....looks pretty cool.

I do not have a band. I do all the parts (drums are programmed). My intent is to sell for Film & TV music beds.....it's a tough market.

Cool
Here's one of the band my son's in. "Funk n Groove"

He's the guitar in the back with the wool knit cap on.
Can't see him much but has a solo at 3:11
It's a college band he's in and does more classic rock on his own. I'm pretty proud.

Looks just like his "old man"

Steve Vai eat your heart out!

"if you would put that guitar down you could get that swim platform installed!"

Now that's funny right there!

Like the POV. Eddie Van Halen had a similar wired camera on one of the previous tours. Awesome perspective.

Nice picking BTW..

Typing about guitar players, I was fortunate enough to see Clapton Saturday night. Being in Nashville, Vince Gill came up and played Layla and the clincher was the encore with both Vince and Clapton playing Crossroads. Screamin' Strats.

Best arena sound I have ever heard. And I have heard many..

Not really my type of music but Vince Gill is a hell'uva guitar player as is Brad Paisley.

I've seen Clapton 4 times, one was all acoustic. Just superb. Ofcourse, being in St. Louis we don't get many famous walk-ons besides Chuck Berry.

Nice pickin' Quint.

Love the camera angle, makes me want to go downstairs and practice (I'm a drummer).

American strat, Digitech processor (usually play through my line 6). I was amazed by the sound of the Flip camera. I just cranked up the studio monitors and the audio is what the camera recorded....not great but pretty good for a $179 minature camera.
