When I was changing the hydraulic hoses, one of the Rams where stripped out… mystery over.
The number on the Ram is “mercury 98704” I see one on eBay that says “mercury 98704–1” looks exactly the same…
Can’t find any info that says it’s not… I assume that was the first one made now there’s a bunch of 98704 – XX so maybe that just matches up with the first one?
The lower portion of the bravo-3 of the drive is not original (the larger drive bottom uses two zinks ) which complicates things a little bit...
