When playing music on my phone I want a way to ease out of the song I am playing and slide into the next song I select. I also would like the app to do this automatically when playing a playlist rather than completely shutting down between songs.

Anyone have something they like? I am Apple ecosystem…

I see several DJ apps for iPhone... have you tried any of them?

If you happen to use Spotify then there is a setting for that called crossfade - not sure about on iphone but its on my android app.

This helped a lot because I didn’t really even know what to search for. Did learn a crazy thing, Apple Music for android has crossfade and AM for ios does not. Lots of beefing over that online.

Spotify has the cross fade option for iOS. You can select how many seconds to have the transition and such

There's not a lot for MP3's that are not meant for being a DJ. On my Android I use an app called Audify. It lets you do anything you want including creating playlist's and saving Them. You can sort and play folders as well, not too much lets you do that. But want's sub to get rid of add's.

But for better sounding audio I use Sonos connect and have a dedicated tablet for that. It is connected to my Fusion via optical and the app lets you make and play playlist's and play folders etc. it's also displays album art as well.
