Motorize Profile 2000 winch?

Does anyone have any suggestions on replacing a Profile 2000 winch on a 22' Searay trailer with a power winch? The Profile setup includes the winch, jack and bow snubber in one tidy package. I can't move the bow snubber back as the rig would no longer fit into my garage. The "Rope a Boat" company once sold a bracket that would replace the hand winch that had a plate drilled to receive a power winch but these are no longer available. Here, I would rather spend a few bucks than find 3/16th" plate, make a template, find a machine shop with a band saw, and dig out the buzz box to weld it up myself.
