Motor Hatch won’t lift

I have a 2019 Sea Ray 280 SLX that I purchased last year. When I picked it up from the dealership storage this year I discovered that the electronic motor hatch won’t raise. Is there a fuse for that particular function? It doesn’t seem to raise when I try to lift it either. What am I doing wrong? Thank you all for any help you can provide!

batteries are pobably dead if they left them in. Check to see if someone wired in a remote location to connect a battery for hatch power. Usually 2 bolts
If not use the cig lighter to charge the battery to lift the motor. Once lifted wire in a plug/jack/tow truck plug/ etc to the motor wires and mount above the deck

Check your manual package. I actually have an adapter in mine to hook a battery to a cig lighter. Had to use this winter.
