How can I get more power out of this engine? Its in a 97 express cruiser 215. Any prop recommendations?
More power out of 210hp 5.7 efi 2 barrel throttle body?

Changing the prop won't get you more power. Horsepower is mostly determined by camshaft profile, cylinder head design and compression ratio.
Short of removing and rebuilding the engine, you aren't going to get much more power out of it. Making sure everything is working properly, ie tune -up, good fuel pressure and volume etc. is your best bet.
Now if you provide more info on engine rpm, top speed, current prop specs etc, you might get more feedback on a prop recommendation

Swap it for a 383 . Prop recommendations need info requested above but generally you can reprop for better holes shot by dropping pitch or going with a 4 blade (dropping pitch as well).ive found 4 blades on heavier boats tend to give better hole shot and lower planing speed plus some stern lifted the expense of some top end. Basically seem to work better how I use my boat90% of the time. Your use maybe different, propping is specific to boat and intended use
