Mold Stains

Marine 31 all the way. The mold is underneath the vinyl in a lot of cases, and this is the one that seems to get to it. A caution with Marine 31. The fumes are POTENT!. be ventilated, masked, or both. It is the only product I have ever been able to spray on, walk away, come back 5 minutes later, and hose off. Don't forget the hose off part either. It will wreck clothing and bathing suits. Attwood is guarding the formula closely.

According to the Marine 31 Product Safety Sheet, sodium hypochlorite is the active ingredient with a concentration of less than 5%. I can see why they want to protect the ingredients.

Sodium hypochlorite is a buck a gallon at Dollar Store. Wonder why it works, but "bleach" doesn't.....
Mine was mangrove leaves all over my deck and all of the non removable seating in the cockpit during hurricane Irma. We had faint purple/yellow stains all over the helm seating, and bolsters for 3 years until I tried this on a recommendation from a neighbor. Frankly, I don't care if it's Pixie Dust as long as I am getting the results I'm getting.

This works great, spray on and hose off, but follow up with a sealant like 303
One more vote for Marine 31. Unbelievable results. A little scrubbing with brush was needed on real tough spots but all seats back to full white

Got a free sample of Marine 31 with an order a few years ago. Smells and acts a lot like household bleach.........

Bleach is the common house hold name for sodium hypochlorite.
