Modifications to 1987 21 foot Monaco

I recently purchased a 1987 Monaco in very very good condition. If you own one you know that there is a bar area in front of the passenger seat that has a small ice box with a drain. It is really useless. I would like to install pressure water at that location and I am wondering if anyone else has done this. If so I would love to see pics of your installation. Where did you mount the faucet? Where did you put the water tank, pump, etc?

Does your monoco have a pressure water system or head already? I assume not based on your question but thought I'd ask.

For as much as it'll like get used I'd go with something not too invasive. Perhaps a self priming faucet like the one below. Just bring a gallon or two of water with you each time you head out to the boat.

Thanks for the reply. Your suggestion is a good idea. The boat does not have pressure water or a head. It has a porta-potty and that works fine. However, I would like pressure water and the useless ice box space seems a good bet for an installation. In the attached pict ure you can see the space just in front of the passenger seat....
