Ya, this has been a wimpy winter really. You came the wrong week. First half of the month we were setting record highs. We actually set a record this week for the latest subzero reading of the winter. We hadn't been below 0 til just this week. There should be a good 2 feet of ice on our lakes, most have half that. And the lack of snow - We finally got a couple inches today, but otherwise only about 10" all winter.

But, ya we tend to love it here. Lots of lakes!
