Missing rubbermaid storage box @ Anchorage ny

Hi, Anyone see a large geen (rubbermaid) storage box down by "G" dock. The item is missing. They told me that during high tide a couple a weeks ago the water overflowed the slips and many things moved around / floated away. I guess if its not tide down anything is possible
