Hello! can you guys help me to find a good forecast which tells me how is gonna be the sea in the middle between Miami and Bimini?
and how to find size of waves wind rain and best day to go!

thanks very much

Here is a site that graphically shows wave heights

Just as a note the run from Miami to Bimini is relatively short (2 hours or so) but I have found that NOAA and the rest of these forecasts are wrong about 50% of the time. I have had forcasts of 2-4 in the gulf stream but when I hit the stream if was clearly 5-7 (not fun). Extreme caution is necessary when there is any northerly component to the wind direction as that increases wave height in the gulf stream. I would look for a forecast in the 2 foot or less range that way you probably will be OK and even if the forecasts are wrong probably the worst you'll get is 3-5 (not fun but doable).

That sailflow site is awesome!

I love the wind graphs....planning a cross lake trip tomorrow....if the wind cooperates, this should help immensely with the planning.

Thanks for sharing!

Randy.
