Where can I find in Canada (US wholesaler ?)a metric John Guest 15 mm elbow equal for my fresh water heater pipe ?

This thing seems not available in Canada.

They're actually pretty readily available. Another popular brand is SeaTech. Brand doesn't matter - all that matters is size. Another source should be a local supplier or a place like fresh water systems dot com.
