Messed Up The A/C

Hey, found the problem! I lost a 110 leg out of the generator. There's a 1 1/2 piece of wire (8 gauge) from a distribution block to the breaker on the generator that possibly has a break in it. I've got 114 volts on the generator side and about 12 when it gets to the breaker. I'm replacing the wire tomorrow. I sure do appreciate all the info ya'll have given me. I guess it will take a while to learn everything about the 500. I pretty much got the 390 down pat. Thanks again, I'll let ya'll know the outcome

FIXED! It was wire that rubbed in half on the commentator. Dont know how it didnt cause any major issues or even symptoms will it was happening but there wasnt any damage done. Took all of 10 minutes to fix and hours of head scratching. Thanks again for the help guys.

Send it on! Hopefully it wont be any worse than what the "mechanics " around here would charge! LOL!!! Thanks for the help again! Now the only problem is I cant use it until next weekend (We've got beautiful weather here this weekend), I've got to head down to Panama City to start renovation on our house there. BIG THANKS to everyone!
