Merging Paymarine and Garmin

I have installed a Garmin 4208 Plotter. I would like to replace the old Raymarine ST70?? display in the center of the dash with a new Garmin also. Is there any way to adapt my old Raymarine sensors(Depth/speed/temp) to the new Garmin display.

You should be able to re-use your sensors if your new Garmins still support the NMEA 0183 communications protocol, which they likely do, but you need to check that and also see how many inputs they accept. Your old sensors likely transmit NMEA 0183 so each should be able to be hooked up to one of the Garmin's 0183 inputs. If you run out of Garmin inputs you would need a multiplexer which is a box that you can hook in several NMEA 0183 inputs and it will output a single output stream you can then connect to the Garmins.
