Mercury Marine Active Trim

Does anyone with outdrives currently have Active Trim? I am thinking about adding it. I spoke to the Mercury Marine guys at the Miami Boat Show this past weekend and they didn't have any expertise on the product. The guy that did know had left hours before I got to their booth.

I happened to run across a Sundancer 350 Coupe that has it installed. Same model as mine. So, I know it is being installed on boats with outdrives.

Our 280 had Bennett tabs, so I assume yours does as well. We have Bennett’s on the current boat as well, but with the Automatic tab control feature. Unless Mercruiser’s product has super duper Smartcraft integration, I’d say look into a Bennett upgrade. It will probably be cheaper and a better product by virtue of having been on the market for many years already.

I just purchased one of these for my 03 280. Planning on installing after the boatel opens in April. I heard it was amazing.
