Trying to find a link to a tilt /trim unit for a 2005 240 with a 5.0 mpi. Specifically the valve body diagram. complete part number for the pump assembly is

Wasn't sure if you meant the whole unit? Or just the valve body? Plenty of choices for the whole unit!

Use this as a resource. You should have your Bravo III sterndrives S/N on the 5.0mpi engine cowling. Launch the catalog, go to Sterndrive, Drives, Bravo III, click on the S/N range and then Hydraulic Pump. You can look at the exploded view of the pump assembly from there.
