Mercathode repair

So last spring when the marina fixed our B3 cone clutch they tested the mercathode and said there must have been a break somewhere. Told them I would look into fixing it this spring as it was already mid June and they had to order parts.
So question is how hard is it to replace these wires/cables? Not sure where the break is but if it isn't too difficult I would likely just replace all of them.
