I saw that boat . Thought it was you for a sec Joe. But he had a blue canvas. We stayed at the yacht club on a mooring. The family likes being close to town.

We were out for a short evening cruise and didn’t head into town. My mooring is on the SE edge of the NE mooring area. My family likes the quiet - plus Port Jeff is home territory and we can go there whenever.

Daughter wanted to ride over the Pirates Cove and climb the dunes so I obliged her. I was reminded why we don’t go in there; huge raft-up parties blaring music and singing along. Not my style of boating.

Danfords had some impressive yachts this weekend. Felt a little bit like Newport. I took the dinghy around to get a better look it was too choppy and the crew was getting wet so we didn't get to tour the rest of the mooring fields like we often do. Will keep an eye out for you boat when we do.
