Hi please help us. We are in the alantic driving to new York. Our one engine won't run over 1700 rpm. We had to take them out of cink and do it manually One engine still won't go over 1700 any
Suggestions ?

This happened to me recently. The hose on the outlet of the turbo leading to the aftercooler had popped off. Without boost that engine could only manage about 1600 rpm under load. If you have boost gauges check to make sure that engine is making boost. If you dont I'd start looking for a boost leak or you have a bad turbo.
