Yes mine was a 7” thick king that I bought at amazon for $280 or so. It’s a wonderful improvement. Need the king so it’s wide and long enough.

We just went to http://www.thefoamfactory.com (free shipping) and picked up a 4" foam mattress and a 2" memory topper from Costco and a electric knife from Walmart - spray glued the two together with 3M spray adhesive and it is without a doubt the most comfortable bed on the planet.
