We've done the typical upgrade by putting a Tempurpedic type pad (carved into pieces from a full set) on top of the mattress to make it more comfortable. As of now, we use regular sheets and tuck them in, but I'm looking to make things a little easier for the Only Mate and get some better bedding. This is neither critical nor urgent, as I have all winter to figure this out and I know Yacht Outfitters and SeaRay can solve the problem with a check. However, occasionally I see new sets show up on eBay and clearance sites and the idea of making something work at a substantial discount is appealing to my Scottish nature (for example, would sheet sets for an '03 340DA fit our '03 380). So far though I haven't seen anything advertised for my particular model. My suspicion is that SeaRay used the same size mattress on a number of different sized boats, but I can't find an interchange list and figured I'd start one.

I plan to begin the search and collect the information on size and part numbers, and thought tracking it in a thread would be helpful...however, if someone else has already done the heavy lifting, it would be appreciated.

Ours part numbers are

1743178 MATTRESS, 380DA-03 INRSPRG VBRTH HNGD W/STRAP
(HULL#586->UP)
1471937 MATTRESS, 380DA-01 INR-SPRNG VBRTH HNGD(HULL#501->585)

and I will edit with the measurements.

You may want to check with Flounder Pounder. I have stumbled across stuff like this for the larger Dancers on there.

Take a real Temurpedic and cut it down. There is also a product that you put under the mattress to act like a box spring. I'll have to do a search for it.

The other option is custom made. http://www.boatmattress.com/
